Workshops & Retreats

Workshops and Immersion Retreats are created to give us the opportunity to withdraw from the routines, responsibilities and roles, designated by the daily workings of our lives, so that we can emerge, regenerated and transformed, a catalyst for affecting change in the world to which we return. They are a time to touch base with who and what you perceive to be ‘you’, step aside from the familiar and move beyond its constraints, allowing un-chartered and undiscovered being-ness to arise.

Workshops and Retreats are alive and dynamic. They continue to evolve encouraging us to;

    • Clear, Centre and Connect.
    • Fall out of the head and into the heart.
    • Nurture the body, mind and essence.
    • Stop thinking and start feeling.
    • Reconnect.
    • Become aware of and move beyond our current perception of self.
    • Regenerate and transform.

Generally the workshops are a more bespoke experience, tailored to suit the specific needs of an individual or small groups of 3- 6 people. Workshops are non residential.
Immersion retreats are frequently an ‘in house’ residential experience. All participants arrive on the start day and leave on the final day. Please arrange travel plans accordingly, to respect the boundary of an immersion retreat.
The Immersion retreats can accomodate slightly larger groups, however they can also be arranged for specific groups or organisations. Contact me if you would like to know more about the bespoke experiences.

The therapy is very simple and highly effective. It concentrates on the major chakras of the body, aligning and activating the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being of the individual. As the Reiki energy flows, it harmonises, balancing and deeply relaxing the individual.

Liberating Arts

Liberating Arts is an innovative and creative journey into the self and the realm of feelings.

The journey with Nicky in being with yourself, was an amazing experience. Nicky is a gentle soul that keeps the space very well and makes you feel safe and protected. The setup is wonderful, very workable for somebody that has never tried silent retreat before because she changes between sitting meditation and walking meditation. So don’t be intimidated that the workshop is a silent retreat. The food she had during the week, was out of this world, one of the best I have tried.  What I got out of the workshop, was clarity and learning to be with myself and actually enjoying it very much. I have deeper knowledge of meditation which is practice now every day. Nicky is very inspirational and motivating. If everybody tried this workshop, I am sure the world would be a better place.

It’s time to feel something real!

This is an immersion retreat for the adventurous. It is largely conducted through silent contemplation, with a new theme each day, allowing a greater sense of presence to develop through mindful sitting, walking, and empathic listening techniques. This is so that you become more familiar with yourself. Observe yourself, watching what you are thinking and saying. Simply being with yourself is to start knowing yourself. From there everything changes.

It is a week where you step away from the external world and the projections of who and what, you and others, think you are. Be Yourself -The Art of Stepping Up- takes you on a journey into yourself. As we move from the external world of social responsibilities, duties and interactions towards the internal world of definition, perception and creation, we begin to see how we are creating what we are experiencing as ourselves and our lives. This places us in the optimum position to transform.

You will be compassionately supported in this and personally guided through the practices, techniques and processes, as shared in the book Be Yourself. It is in this retreat that the book comes to life. The retreat is a deep dive and a facilitated process of Be Yourself, as well as, other input. As you experience and embody it internally, you emerge regenerated and transformed. Moving from ego to essence, you become a catalyst for effecting change in the world to which you return.

The key is navigating our spiral of life from the surface to the very depths of our being. The spiral symbolises the source from which all things come and to which all things go, for rebirth and regeneration. This is a journey to a place beyond the visible world and who and what you think you are.
