The Universe is comprised of energy
We are microcosms of the universe
We too are comprised of energy
Recognizing that we are the convergent point
of the energy in our lives
Places us in the optimum position
To become master of our own energy source.

Be With Yourself the Unplugged Version
Disconnect to Reconnect.
A relatively silent contemplative retreat.
This is 3 night 4 day introduction for beginners or more seasoned practitioners alike.
Gracefully melding the wisdom traditions of Shamatha Vipashyana* meditation and mindfulness practices, with Dyads, a fresh contemplative practice of the modern age, using heart led, easy to follow practices, Nicky has drawn on decades of experience and created a retreat, which allows experiential clarity to arise from within.
Nicky invites you to disconnect from the everyday, to create space and truly connect with your essence self, from a place of greater clarity, compassion and love. Emerging refreshed and rejuvenated, into a life of greater ease, and with a daily practice that you can continue with confidence.
*Shamatha is often referred to as calm abiding and the development of ease. This is generated through the practice of allowing the mind to focus naturally on its object, whereby the mind starts to relax and there are more frequent moments of stability.
*Vipassana is often referred to as insight meditation. Once we have a steady mind and a sense of relaxation, and the ability to focus then we're available for insight meditation.
Therefore, developing Shamatha is typically how we begin to practice.
